The humanitarian mission of the Sovereign Order of Malta is also perceived by the availability that all its facilities offer when it comes to helping those most in need. In fact, the appeal launched by the Ambassador in Belgrade, Alberto di Luca, was received, after the Lombardy Delegation, by the Piedmontese Delegation of the Sovereign Order of Malta as well. A significant load of clothing and blankets, recently seized by the Italian’s Guardia di Finanza of Turin, with the invaluable assistance of the Delegation – and in particular the Delegate Don Carlo Amedeo Melzi d’Eril dei Duchi di Lodi dei Conti di Magenta and Past Delegate Alessandro Antonielli d’Oulx – was delivered to the Archbishop of Belgrade HE Mons. Stanislav Hocevar.
