Belgrade, February 22, 2017

On the day of celebration at the “Vuk Karadzić” theatre in Belgrade, a musical and dance spectacle was performed by stage performers – children from the “Shelter for Children” in Belgrade.

It was the celebration of the 59th anniversary of this humanitarian organisation, which has been aided by the Embassy of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta for the last three years, through the programme “A hot meal in a cold winter“.

In the presence of the Minister of Defence, Hon. Zoran Djordjević, who represented the Government of the Republic of Serbia, the director of the Centre, Mrs. Danijela Stajković, publically thanked the Order of Malta on behalf of the children who had received their aid.
