On June 28, in the gardens of the Cathedral of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Belgrade, Ambassador Francesco Maria Amoruso hosted a reception to celebrate the National Day of the Order of Malta.
On the afternoon of June 27, Ambassador Francesco Maria Amoruso attended Mass at the Co-Cathedral of Christ the King in Belgrade. The service was concelebrated by H.E. Mons. Ladislav Nemet, Archbishop of Belgrade, in the presence of 36 bishops, as part of the Council of the Bishops' Conferences of Europe.
In the presence of the Ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta Francesco Maria Amoruso, the inauguration ceremony of the new group therapy room was held at the Kovin Psychiatric Hospital, the largest psychiatric facility in the country with over 1,000 beds.
H.E. Archbishop Santo Gangemi, Apostolic Nuncio in Serbia, welcomed the new Ambassador of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta to the Republic of Serbia, Francesco Maria Amoruso, at the Apostolic Nunciature in Belgrade.
